From supplier research to pre-shipment inspection, each service can be commissioned on its own or alongside the others. Here is what we handle on the ground.
We consult manufacturers directly, rule out traders presenting themselves as factories, and verify legal existence, production capacity and certifications before putting anything in front of you. You receive a structured comparison and choose on terms that can actually be compared.
We verify that a Chinese company legally exists, that it genuinely makes what it claims to make, and that its certifications are authentic. Document checks, cross-referencing with the issuing bodies, then a workshop visit — many irregularities only show up on site.
We negotiate on the ground, in the local language and codes, from a specification that has been fixed first. Price is only one variable: payment schedule, Incoterm, quality thresholds and penalties are discussed together, and recorded in writing before the order.
With ODM, we start from a product already in the factory’s catalogue and adapt it to your brand. With OEM, we develop your product from your drawings, with prototyping and successive samples — tooling costs quantified upfront, ownership of moulds and technical files set out in writing.
We inspect your goods in China before they leave the country. Three points of intervention, random sampling to the AQL standard and a detailed photographic report — you approve the shipment on that report, never on the supplier’s word alone.
We arrange consolidation, groupage and carriage of your goods to destination by sea, air, rail or road. Customs documents are prepared in advance and the classification code checked — it is the code that determines what you will pay.
An order placed is not an order followed. We handle placement, chasing, progress reports and early warning of any slip — in the factory’s language and on its time zone, while you work on yours.
We prepare your trip to China, arrange the meetings and accompany you on site with interpreting and negotiation support. If you cannot travel, we go in your place and bring back samples, photographs and comparisons.
You gain a permanent presence in China without opening an office or posting staff abroad. A single contact carries your files to the factories, in their language and on their time zone, and reports back in yours.
